How do you size the system?
Every install gets an ACCA Manual J load calculation — square footage, insulation, window orientation, infiltration. Most homes are 20-30% oversized when you do this right; we install the smaller (cheaper, quieter, longer-lived) unit that matches actual load.What brands do you carry?
Carrier, Trane, Mitsubishi, Bosch, Daikin, and Lennox. We have no manufacturer kickback structure — we recommend the right unit for the home, not the most lucrative SKU.What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Parts and labor on the entire system for ten years on every install we do. Most manufacturers cover parts only; the labor portion is on us.
