What homeowners ask about service options.

Do you offer service or only installs?

Both. We do as much repair-and-tune-up work as install work - in fact, repair calls are the majority of our weekday dispatch. Many repair customers later become install customers when the equipment finally hits end-of-life.

How do I know if my system needs repair or replacement?

Rule of thumb: if the repair quote exceeds 50% of the replacement cost on a unit older than 10 years, replacement usually pencils out better. We'll give you both numbers in writing so you can decide.

Are quotes free?

New install quotes are always free. Repair calls have an $89 diagnostic fee that's waived if you authorize the repair. Maintenance-plan members get free diagnostics on every visit.

Do you handle indoor air quality, not just heating and cooling?

Yes. MERV-13 filter upgrades, HEPA standalones for wildfire season, whole-home humidifiers, and NADCA-trained duct cleaning. The IAQ side became a big part of the business during the 2020 and 2022 smoke events.
