   Truck Dispatched

   Branded service van rolls inside 9 minutes for in-zone Seattle and Bellevue calls. You get a tech name + truck photo by text.

3. 03

   Diagnosis + Flat-Rate Quote

   On-site diagnosis is free with any repair. We hand you a written flat-rate quote before we turn a screwdriver—no surprise time-and-materials.

4. 04

   Repair + 2-Year Warranty

   Parts on the truck for 90% of common failures. Every repair carries a 2-year parts & labor warranty. Every install carries 10 years on the equipment.
